When you book a service or bring in a bike, we’ll give you an estimated timeline and cost based on the initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the service. We will always confirm before proceeding with any unexpected work.

4. Warranties & Returns

Warranty coverage for bikes and components is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. We’re happy to help facilitate warranty claims when possible. Returns on gear or accessories may be accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. Custom orders, special orders, and service labor are non-refundable.

Redstone Cyclery is not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of any products or services. Always ride responsibly, wear appropriate safety gear, and regularly maintain your equipment.
